Gentner Symposium “Understanding Others: From Psychological Concepts to Neural Mechanisms” (7th-9th October 2018)

We are close to finalizing the schedule! The list of invited speakers is not yet complete, but if you are interested you can get informed about the confirmed speakers here. The symposium is open to German/Israeli scholars with a strong background in social neuroscience or social psychology and related fields.

We are now accepting abstracts for participation! 

Note that there is no fee for participation, but registration (see right sidebar: name, affiliation & email) is required as space is limited. Please make sure you register on time, and submit an abstract for a poster / short talk. Presenting a poster is required in order to participate.

Note: Best abstracts will be invited for a short talk and are awarded with travel stipends (flight and accomodation)

New symposium in Jerusalem planned!

We are happy to announce the Gentner Symposium ‘Understanding Others – From Psychological Concepts to Neural Mechanisms’. The symposium will take place in Jerusalem, Israel on October 7th-9th, 2018. At the early stages the weblog will provide some background information, preliminary program, and a list of confirmed speakers for all those who are interested to participate.
